Ever eat chicken feet?!?

I went to the grocery store in Lancaster, South Carolina with my mom and we found this package in the meat section!

Mom said she's never heard of selling "chicken paws" for money in a store! (that's what the package said: chicken paws) I think it sounds gross!

Driving to Our New Home

This picture below is me in the car. Dad drove the van (we called everyone in the van the Blue Jays because our van is blue) and he pulled a trailer with all of our stuff in it. Mom drove the car (we called everyone in the car the Black Cats because our car is black). I loved talking on the walkie talkies!

We drove through lots of states and cities. This picture below if from a big city that we drove through in Missouri. Can you guess what city it is?

This last picture is from Kentucky. We stopped here to rest. The place we stopped is where Colonel Sanders (the Kentucky Fried Chicken man) was born and they have a museum here about him, but we did not go to the museum. We were just passing through!

Christmas Eve by Will

Last Christmas Eve, we went to Grammy's house (I think). This year we are going to do the same thing, after church tonight, and we are going to open presents. I made this scrapbook page with Mom.

The gloves in this picture are from last year, and I still have them!

We are going sledding at Anna's house today and we are just about to leave!

I love Christmas because:
1. there is snow
2. I like to open presents
3. I like to give the presents
4. I like going to my Grandma's houses
5. I get to see my cousins and all my family
6. I'm thankful that Jesus was born
7. that's it.

Merry Christmas to all of my family and friends!
Love, Will

Housebound

I am housebound from school. I have to stay home for a lot of things, because I have pneumonia.

I hope I feel better by Friday because that is when we go to a Boys of Faith Camp Out for 2 days and I don't want to miss it!

I had chicken noodle soup for lunch today because in the morning my temperature was 100.4

I like that kind of soup, but when I ate a grape before it, I didn't like it as much as I usually do.

I wanted to go out to eat, but Mom said she would like to, but we ate out at Farmer Brown's after the wedding practice.

I was a ringbearer

I was a ring bearer in Tina and Eric's wedding on Saturday.

Friday night we practiced the wedding. We started backwards (that was weird!). After the practice, we ate at Farmer Brown's restaurant for supper. I had bread that didn't taste so good, but I had something better. It was prime rib meat and it was juicy!

Saturday I didn't feel that good in the morning, but I felt better at the wedding. Mom got me some Tylenol and 7Up and white crackers in the car on the way there. I felt a lot better after that.

I got my tuxedo on with Dad and Mom helped me put hairspray on. Before the wedding we took pictures, and I took a couple bites of sandwich because I wasn't that hungry. Mom let me have some Mountain Dew with a straw!

At the wedding I got to carry the real rings. I wasn't sure if I would get to, but I thought I would. I was pretty excited about that because it is a big job.

After the wedding, I got to ride in the limo!!!! I sat in the back with Sam. He's the funniest person I've ever met!

We drove to the reception, and I didn't feel good again at first. Mom got me some more medicine. When the cake was ready to eat, I was feeling good again, so I had a half piece of cake.

Some people talked about how they were related to Eric and Tina and they told funny stories about them, Eric and Tina.

After that we danced for a long time. We did a dollar dance. I danced with Eric first in the dollar dance, and all the guys crowded around. Then I asked my aunt Trisha if I could have another dollar to dance with Tina.

After that we left and went home. I had a really, really fun time. My favorite part was the CHICKEN DANCE!

I was glad to be the ringbearer! I wanted to wear my tuxedo to church this morning, but I had a fever this morning and I had to stay home. I still have one right now, but maybe I will be better soon.
